• Rotationary Ritual Trap
• Suitable for cattle slaughtering. • Suitable for kosher and halal slaughtering. • Prevents animal’s flutter by compressing. • Designed for reducing animal and butcher accidents. It is fully automatic and appropriate for halal slaughtering. The animal is taken in the equipment from the back door and with the help of pistons, the animal is fixed on both sides and at the top. After the fixation, the animal is turned 180 ̊ or 90 ̊ and slaughtered.
• Cattle Killing Box For Slaughterhouses
Suitable for animals in each size The system comes with a movable base. Appropriate for halal cutting. It works problem free in wet environments because of its full pneumatic system.
• Bleeding Line
The line on which the carcass of the animal is aged in order to bleed the carcass. The floor has a wide channel and stainless steel grates.
• Cattle Preparation Twinrail Hook
Used for transferring from bleeding line to processing line order to progress on processing line. It is sent one pulley and 2 pieces bearing and 1.5 meter stainless steel shackle with hook
• Cattle Bleeding Hook
Steel Casting Bleeding Hook 2000 kg dynamic load capacity Chained steel casting hooks which is used for cattle bleeding line. Chain length is 170cm. Manufactured by using 8 caliber chain.
• Stainless Steel Channels And Grids
Complete Stainless Chrome. Provides the connection between a channel which has the desired length and the in the slaughterhouse by means of bending the channel. It is manufactured 304 quality stainless chrome. Mounted with 2m intervals. Upper grill can be removed and cleaned.
• Cattle Lift Elevator
Elevator that transports the carcass of cattle to the line of bleeding and separation after slaughter.
• Cattle Lift Hoist
Elevator that transports the carcass of cattle to the line of bleeding and separation after slaughter.
• Cattle Transfer Hoist
It is a crane which used for lifting slaughtered animal from classic or rotationary ritual trap to bleeding line.
• Hydraulic Transfer Unit
Hydraulic transfer equipment is located in this section. The cattle is transferred from the bleeding line to the processing line.
• Fixed Transfer Platform
The bottom side of the platform is fixed from single point. Thus, cleaning could be done much more easily. It is preferred for safety of the operator if the platform shall be firm and stable. There must be a sink and knife steriliser in platforms used in slaughterhouses. Protection band is made of plastic and it is easy to be cleaned. The platform base is manufactured/produced by using special non-slip aluminium plate.
• Processing Line
It is the line where the transportation between stations takes place during the processes of the cattle becoming carcass.
• Tail Opening
Tail part of the cattle is opened. Anus and esophagus of the cattle is clipped in order to avoid the release of extrement.
• Foot and Horn Cutting
Foot and horn cutting the feet and horns are cut using a pair of hydraulic scissors at the end of the bleeding line and before the processing, the processing line starts at the stage platform with a transfer between the rails.
• Dehiding
In this section, integrated dehiding machine, movable drum and movable platforms on both sides are used together. The butchers on the platform take their positions and prevent the meat from breaking during the dehiding operation
• Skin Transferring Conveyor
Transfers the skin to the skin section through a conveyor line without manual interference and without damaging the skin.
• Pre-Dehiding
The platform before the dehiding. The skin of the animal is opened from the chest part and the skin is prepared completely for dehiding.
• Tripe Extracting
The tripe and intestine are extracted from the chest and dropped on the automatic tripe band conveyor; passes through the veterinary control point and carried automatically without human interference to the offal room.
• Tripe Transferring Conveyor
The tripe is transferred to the offal room without manual interference with the help of an automatic band conveyor.
• Liver Extracting
The liver and internal organs of the animal are extracted and hanged to the liver conveyor. The parts are transferred to the internal organ room without manual interference.
• Carcass Splitting
In this unit, the butcher is elevated to the level of the carcass with the help of a pneumatic movable platform and splits the carcass by a splitting saw.
• Veterinary Control
The carcass, liver, head and tripe of the same animal meet at the same point and controlled by the veterinary. The animal diagnosed to be supicious is strayed from the line and directed to the suspicious cold room.
• Quarter Elevator
It is used to split the carcass into 4 parts without taking it from the rail. Performs a slow lowering process between higher and lower rail Driven with a 2.2kw engine reducer Used with two special gears and chain stretching system.
• Meat Loading Arm
It is the loading arm used for taking the carcass from twinrail about 2400 mm high and putting it into the meat carrying car.
• Pneumatic Foot Opening
It will be mounted on the monorail in order to open the distance between the two hind legs suspended in the desired width and to make the carcass splitting better. The apparatus will be made in a mechanism that will fix one of the hooks on which the feet are hung with a pneumatic piston, and will provide the necessary clearance by pushing the hook on which the other foot is hung by means of a pneumatic cylinder.
